Jessica is a nurse, mother, and educator. Since surviving the traumatic loss of her two-year-old son, she has taken it upon herself to educate the surviving world on how to create a story that helps set a solid foundation for healing. Recognizing that death, even a sudden and traumatic one, can be beautiful. She has titled her initiative “Orchestrating Death,” appreciating that certain elements of the death experience can be manipulated to benefit the survivors. Jessica uses her unique perspective and deep-rooted passion to help transform the way key members of communities view and “do” death.
